Art IN REAL LIFE
My first exhibition took place in Cologne in 2022 as part of a group show. I subsequently participated in further group and solo exhibitions in cafés, bars and venues. In 2026, I organized my first self-curated exhibition with three other artists, accompanied by a program of film screenings, readings, and a concert.
2026: „How to Relate“, Kulturbunker Köln
4 artists, 4 perspectives. It is about identity; relationships with oneself and with others; queerness; mental illness; sexualized violence; the lived realities of BIPOC; the body; self-perception and external perception. Who am I in relation to others? Who am I in relation to myself? How can we heal, how can we truly see one another? How can we empathize? How to relate. The artists Elena Schiff, Feden Gebreyessus, Gamze Bacara, and Helena Tschau move through different spheres and materials, exploring themselves and the people around them.
