Create To Cope
Cologne, 2026: Gemeinsam mit mir werden die Teilnehmerinnen in insgesamt acht Terminen verschiedene Materialien und künstlerische Methoden kennenlernen, erproben und vielleicht ja sogar ins Herz schließen. Das Angebot bietet einen Einstieg ins künstlerische Arbeiten und ermöglicht das Erlernen neuer Ressourcen zur Verarbeitung herausfordernder Emotionen.
